For each visitor to our Web page, our Web server automatically recognizes no information regarding the domain or e-mail address.  We collect the e-mail address of those who communicate with us via e-mail, aggregate information on what pages consumers access or visit, user specific information on what pages consumers access or visit and information volunteered by the consumer, such as survey information and/or site registrations.

The information we collect is used for internal review and is then discarded, used to improve the content of our Web page, used to customize the content and/or layout of our page for individual consumer and used by us to contact consumers for marketing purposes.

Please understand that we will not accept for scanning purposes any slides, negatives, prints, etc, that we deem to be obscene or of an explicit sexual nature.  We take no responsibility for these types of materials and they will be returned to you at your own expense. 

Make sure that you send us only legal materials for scanning.  Any copywrighted slides, negatives, films or photographs will not be reproduced without permission from the copyright owner.  White Glove Scanning will not be responsible for any violations of US or international copyright laws.  Understand that the submitter accepts all copyright restrictions and any violation of those laws rests with the submitter alone.

Also, please understand that White Glove Scanning accepts no responsibility to any loss or damage that may occur to materials while in transit either to or from White Glove Scanning.
